['BNYVest is a free iOS application that organizes publicly available Tokyo Stock Exchange–related market figures, stock lists, earnings schedules, news items, screeners, and local tax/quota calculators. There is no account and no brokerage connection for order entry.

Data that stays on your device
['BNYVest is designed so personal workbench data remains on the device:

- Optional biometric/passcode lock when returning to the app ', '

Settings state that all features are free, that there is no account, and that data stays on this device. Erasing device data removes watch items, notes, photos, virtual trades, and notifications. There is no cloud restore from BNYVest servers.

BNYVest does not create a username/password account inside the app. There is no social board, voting, or sentiment ranking that would publish your watch list to other users.

How we use information
['Device-local records exist so you can reopen Watch groups, notes, virtual books, and calculators. Support correspondence is used only to answer your request and improve reliability of the desk.
', 'We do not sell personal information. We do not use your watch list or notes to place trades. The app does not connect to a securities firm for orders, transfers, cancellations, or Level-2 streaming.

Sharing and retention
['Personal workbench data is not uploaded to a BNYVest account store. If you email support, we retain the thread long enough to resolve the issue and meet ordinary record-keeping needs, then delete or archive it under routine retention.

Security
['You may enable a device lock so Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode is required when returning to BNYVest. Encrypted or plain JSON backups use options you choose. Clear device data from Settings when you want a clean slate; cloud recovery is not offered.

Children
['BNYVest is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal data by email so we can delete it.

Not investment advice
['BNYVest organizes public information for readability. It is not investment advice, not a solicitation to buy or sell any security, and not a tax or legal opinion. Numbers may be delayed or wrong. The app does not issue buy/sell targets or AI stock picks. Analyst ratings shown are the views of the cited institutions.

Your choices and updates
